Ashfold is providing the strategic project management and TGA are acting as the contract administrators.

Project details

As part of American School London’s programme of developments to improve and expand the school’s St John’s Wood facilities, existing science and art classrooms were refurbished and converted to deliver a 1,400sqm dedicated sciences area.

Timed with the construction of the new arts building, old art classrooms were converted into science laboratories and existing labs were refurbished and renovated.

A trial refurbishment was carried out in one classroom during the summer of 2015. Following successful delivery, the main project was designed and installed in time for the new school year in Autumn 2016.
