Having worked within the construction industry for 30 years, Martin is an accomplished project manager. Before founding Ashfold Management Services in 2013, Martin has worked with Ove Arup and Partners, Stanhope, Savant and Buro Four.
Ashfold allows Martin to develop his unique approach to projects, which combines experience with an ability to help clients deliver new opportunities in the built environment.
Working in collaborative teams, he enjoys overcoming issues and has developed strong project management skills that enable him to see projects through from inception to completion. Martin has a good technical understanding of building design and has a pragmatic approach to projects.
Lindsay is a skilled project manager with a mechanical engineering design background. She has particular experience as design and project manager on a range of industrial, rail, hotel & cultural development projects, as well as retail and office fit outs.
Sustainability, renewable energy, low carbon design principles and building energy assessment are specific interests, and Lindsay has also worked in the field of acoustics.
Keith has worked within the industry for over twenty years, including at Edwin Hill, Povall Worthington and Edward Symmons & Partners.
His experience includes project management, contract administration, development monitoring and acquisition/condition surveys. His attention to detail, combined with a hands-on, client focused approach, provides a high level of service to all our clients.
Tom’s experience covers a wide range of professional services including project management, contract administration and condition surveys across a comprehensive range of professional property and construction related projects.
Building Information Modelling (BIM) in construction is a specific interest of Tom’s, stemming from his previous background in 3D design. He aspires to help clients with this increasingly important aspect of construction in the future.
Emily Churchill joined the team in August 2022. Emily’s experience has seen her work on a wide range of projects across the built environment. She excels at driving them from inception to execution in fast-paced and challenging environments – on time, to budget and to the desired quality.
Emily is a considerate, proactive leader and problem solver. She has a passion for the environment and a strategic mindset. This ensures project delivery in a non-adversarial and efficient manner.
A hands-on, practical, organised and focused professional, Ruth has an aptitude for IT and a wealth of experience in management, IT support and construction.
Ruth is a qualified civil engineer, with experience as a project engineer and project scheduler on £-multimillion international contracts. Ruth helps Ashfold and our clients with the control and management of documents and records on a range of projects.
