Our role
Dorrington appointed Ashfold as Project Manager and Contract Administrator on the Laszlo building, following a recommendation by quantity surveyors, Exigere.
Project details
Henley HaleBrown architects and property developer, Dorrington have converted this former North London furrier, known as the ‘Laszlo building’ into a stunning new local neighbourhood workspace.
Structural interventions were limited, instead the designs for this refurbishment celebrate the building’s original architectural features.
The reorganised interiors provide a variety of flexible Cat A workspaces, all of which take advantage of the generous natural light. Accessibility has been improved through the addition of new lifts, while roof mounted HVAC equipment and additional insulation will increase the building’s environmental performance.
Taking advantage of excellent transport links and the increasing need for local workspaces, The Laszlo will provide an attractive alternative to Central London working. Read more about the regeneration project here and the latest updates on our blog.
