Our role

Ashfold was appointed by the client as project manager, contract administrator and to develop a performance specification for the office refurbishment.

The project was designed, procured and delivered within the client’s timescales for re-letting and on budget. Ashfold’s management of the project included the addition of works to external areas and common parts without impacting on the required delivery schedule.

Project details

Our client Hansainvest, a German investment fund, sourced a project team for the refurbishment of this 5,000 sqft central London commercial office space to Category A standard, ready for letting to the banking, communications and marketing industries.
