After a direct approach by development managers, Mission Street, Ashfold will act as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent on this project.

Project details

With nine boutique apartments above high-end A3 restaurant space, this striking building will be an exciting addition to London’s theatre district.

On behalf of developer Electra Holdings, Orms are developing plans for a new mixed-use building in London’s West End. And existing dilapidated building will be demolished, with only the basement retained. This will be refurbished and lowered and new 7-storey building will be erected above. The basement, ground and first floor will host an A3 restaurant space, with boutique apartments occupying the remaining floors.

This project is not without its challenges. The site is also in a congested, densely occupied area. and the close proximity of the Piccadilly line will require close coordination with TfL. With the ever-present possibility of uncovering unexploded WW2 bombs, excavation will also need to be closely managed.
