Our role
Ashfold was commission by Colliers International to write a Construction Management Plan for submission to Southwark Council in support of a full planning application.
Project details
Built in 1961, Rose Court required significant modernisation. As well as a complete renovation including the removal of granite cladding and the complete replacement of M+E infrastructure, architects BDG increased space by adding two floors at roof level and creating an extension to the eastern elevation, from level two to six.
When complete, the office building, designed by BDG, will provide 157,000 sq ft of high-quality workspace and meeting/conference facilities, with extensive amenities including a café, a canteen and a business lounge. On level 11, a new restaurant and event space will feature a signature circular staircase leading to a terrace.
