Our role

Project Management for Adelaide Wharf was undertaken by First Base. As the Project Executive, Martin was responsible for overseeing the planning submission.

Project details

Adelaide Wharf is a mixed-tenure housing development with 147 new homes and 650 sqm of workspace. The scheme was the first to be delivered as part of English Partnerships London-Wide Initiative, and has a mix of apartments available for key workers, social rent and for private sale.

There is no visible difference between the tenures and all of the homes were built to the same high specification.
