Ashfold 2017 in review
This has been another busy year for Ashfold, with a successful 5,000 sqft commercial workplace fit-out at 10 Aldersgate in the City completed in September, Naima JPS completing last month and Windlesham House School about to reach practical completion.

We are in the final four months of the construction of a 25m pool and four court sports centre for Windlesham House School in West Sussex.
On site in central London
We are pleased to be on site with Overbury at 10 Aldersgate Street to refurbish a 5,000 sqft central London office space to Category A standard, ready for marketing to tenants this September.

London Real Estate Forum
On 14 June I attended the London Real Estate Forum (LREF) and, like everyone else there that day, I was shaken by the images we were all seeing of Grenfell Tower burning elsewhere in the city and of course this overshadowed the planned LREF events of the day.
