London Real Estate Forum

On 14 June I attended the London Real Estate Forum (LREF) and, like everyone else there that day, I was shaken by the images we were all seeing of Grenfell Tower burning elsewhere in the city and of course this overshadowed the planned LREF events of the day. However the common themes that emerged were uncertainty, appealing to the millennial generation, adaptability, the emergence of build to rent and, on a positive note, Crossrail, which was cited as a major breakthrough for the city.

If you have a project in London likely to be affected by these themes, please get in touch to arrange a chat.
